Kahn Development is proud to announce a major new addition to Towne Place at Greenbrier -- 215 upscale apartments, featuring nine-foot ceilings, fireplaces, sunrooms, full-sized washers and dryers and gourmet kitchens. The one, two, and three-bedroom apartments will be located in two four-story buildings surrounded by all the shops and restaurants Towne Place at Greenbrier has to offer. The property's two-story Clubhouse will feature a fireplace, billiards, shuffle board, darts, a card table and a pub overlooking the pool. Residents will also enjoy a 24-hour fitness center, business center, theater room and covered parking.
Construction will begin in September with an expected completion date of November 2011. Some units may be available as early as June 2011. Check back in the coming months for more information.
